Serious moral ethics are under scrutiny.
Hours before the regularly scheduled meeting, many citizens are showing concerns over a voter-approved measure protecting the hillside and open space within the community for the last 26 years.

The first concerns over the abolishment of Measure G were shown at the Sept. 23 public hearing, as seen below, where Chirag Kathrani and Susie Ferris-Inderkum show their initial reservations.
Prior to that, at the Sept. 9 meeting, Councilmember Robert Jweniat specified that it was not legal to mess with the measure.

"In fact, Measure G is a law protecting hillside and open space and cannot be repealed or amended by council actions," Jweniat said.
As noted in our last report, OpGov.ai has officially filed a FOIA request for elected officials in the San Ramon community.

You have a right to know what is being said that directly affects your welfare.
And if all this is not enough, Wven the former Dublin Mayor Candidate points out the illegal activity.
