(KENNESAW, GA)— Tin Lizzy’s Cantina and Hotworx Yoga in Kennesaw are getting creative for Valentine’s Day.
The restaurant wants to make sure its customers have a good time and usually offers drink specials along with bread and peanuts.
Drinks are red and pink to represent the theme of Valentine’s Day, according to manager Dylan High.
Tin Lizzy’s Cantina has a history of celebrating Valentine’s Day.
“We did a strawberry margarita last year and puffed fresh strawberries, but we're looking to expand on that as well,” High said.
High expects a lot of foot traffic on Feb. 14, and the restaurant is currently working on the menu. The specials are expected to be announced two weeks in advance.
High offered his perspective on what makes the holiday special.

“It’s a time to rekindle any connections that you may have with a significant other,” High said. “Having that special someone in your life, you might get it through your day-to-day in a little bit different way. It's a day to revisit what makes them special.”
Founded in 2005, Tin Lizzy’s was built on bold flavors, cold drinks, and the kind of hospitality that turns strangers into regulars. The restaurant’s mission is to bring tacos, tequila, and good times to the neighborhood.
Hotworx Yoga is also offering a special.

The business is doing Galentine’s Day, according to manager Nick Suwalksi. Galentine’s Day is a tradition that is celebrated every year.
“A day where the studio is like an open house, and they can bring all their friends,” Suwalski said. “So guests, family to come up with giveaways and raffles and snacks for them and drinks.”
Galentine’s Day at Hotworx usually sees a lot of foot traffic.
“Always has a big turnout,” Suwalski said. “People love to introduce their place where they like to work out, their fitness boutique, to their friends and family.”
There are multiple ways people interested in Galentine’s Day can participate. They can come in, book a session online, or call the business.
Suwalksi provided his perspective on the holiday.
“The holiday is made to show your love and appreciation for others, whether it's your partner, family, or friends,” Suwalski said. “Share the love at this time.”
Hotworx Kennesaw offers challenging workouts that you can complete in one of our patented infrared saunas. According to their website, Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Cycle, and a variety of other HIIT and Isometric sessions are available.
