(SAN RAMON, CA.) – Fall recreation opened recently on the 17th in San Ramon, ushering in a new season of sports, activities, and community events for all ages.
Recreation options starting with younger ages include activities such as basketball, tennis, martial arts, and soccer, to name a few. Pricing options are available on the website; while some activities are free, others can range in price, so there’s something for most budgets.
For kids looking for other hobbies, music classes range from piano, violin, and guitar to drums, ukeleles, and more.
Adult activities offer a wide range of options, including some sports and dance, nature workshops, adult enrichment, and more.
There are also music activities to choose from, with exciting options such as symphony, theater and improv classes, adult dance, and even visual and performing arts workshops.

If performance isn’t your thing, there are also quieter activities. Chess and community gardens are also an option, but the nature workshops are where the beauty of San Ramon shines. They include birding, stargazing, apple pressing, and even a lip balm making workshop.
Seniors also have a selection of different activities, most prominently in the games category. Bridge, mahjong, and bingo are listed, including a special Halloween bingo event. There are also several beginning ukulele programs open this year, a Page Turners Book Group, and genealogy workshops.
All of these amazing Fall recreation programs do have limited spaces, so be sure to register as soon as you can at http://www.sanramonrecguide.com/ or in person at these locations according to the Parks and Recreation website:
