(SAN RAMON, Calif.) — Business leader, nonprofit executive director, and longtime resident Paschalis Ntatsos officially announced his candidacy for Mayor of San Ramon today, presenting a forward-looking vision grounded in institutional accountability, local empowerment, and sustainable civic growth.
A resident of San Ramon since 2009, Ntatsos brings a track record of executive leadership, fiscal oversight, and public service. As founder of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit ElitSwim and an ASCA Level 5 Senior International Coach, he managed the City of San Ramon’s swim lesson programs from 2018 through 2025. Across more than two decades of developing youth sports infrastructure and directing community service initiatives, including hands-on local volunteer work supporting senior residents, Ntatsos has focused on building programs that deliver lasting, measurable impact.
"San Ramon’s strength lies in its neighborhoods, its families, and its shared commitment to excellence," said Ntatsos. "To maintain our high quality of life, our municipal government must lead by example, operating with uncompromised integrity, total transparency, and a clear focus on the public interest. Paschalis Ntatsos is an educator, executive director, and former elite competitive athlete with 26 years of experience designing and managing athletic and community development programs. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education and Sports Science and with a background in military service in the navy, Ntatsos applies a disciplined, results-driven approach to organizational leadership and budget administration.
