Dear Friends and Neighbors,
Like many of you, I chose the Tri-Valley to build my life and raise my family. Dublin has been my home for sixteen years. As a first-generation immigrant, I value hard work, education, family, community, and caring for our seniors. I am grateful to serve as your Mayor.
That feeling of home makes me proud that U.S. News & World Report ranked Dublin the number one Best Place to Live in California. This recognition belongs to you: our residents, families, city employees, local businesses, schools, nonprofits, and volunteers.
Dublin is also strengthened by diversity. I have been honored to support Holi, Ugadi, Diwali, Lunar New Year, and cultural celebrations. These gatherings give families opportunities to share their heritage and bring neighbors together. I will support a city where every community feels welcomed, respected, and celebrated.
That same commitment connects generations. Through the AI Bridge program, student interns help older adults use technology and artificial intelligence tools with greater confidence. Seniors learn valuable skills while students develop patience, service, and leadership.

Supporting families includes caring for mental health. I have supported conversations through Path to Courage, the Dublin Community Speaker Series, Parenting Across Cultures, and Kripa. These programs help families speak openly about mental health, find resources, and build support systems for children and parents.
We have also delivered measurable results. Ninety-two percent of residents say they feel safe, and property crime declined by twenty-one percent in 2025. Dublin opened three park and open-space projects, repaved 144 street segments, welcomed more than 100 new businesses over two years, and maintained a $36 million General Fund operating surplus for fiscal year 2024-2025.
To me, proven leadership means listening carefully, working respectfully with others, and delivering results that improve daily life. We have accomplished much together, and I know there is more work ahead. My priorities remain safe neighborhoods, responsible growth, thriving local businesses, better roads and traffic, quality parks, sound financial management, and opportunities for every generation.
I will remain present, accessible, and connected to the people I serve. My guiding question is simple: Will this make life better for the people who call Dublin home? With humility and gratitude, I commit to listening, collaborating, and moving our community forward.
